Are collections performed by certified professionals?

-Yes. All collections are performed by trained, skilled, certified phlebotomists following proper standards and specimen handling requirements

Do you take insurance?

-We do not accept insurance. Mobile collection service fees are typically paid directly by the patient. The laboratory performing the testing bills your insurance separately for the actual lab work.

How do I pay for my mobile visit?

-Payment is collected at time of scheduling. Secure online mobile payment is available.

How far in advance should I schedule?

-Booking ahead is recommended for the best time selection. Same-day or next-day availability is often possible.

Do you draw labs from Quest/Labcorp orders?

-Yes. If you have a lab order (requisition) from Quest or Labcorp, we can certainly draw your ordered labs and drop them off at Quest or Labcorp for processing.

Can you come to my workplace to draw my labs?

-Yes, we can travel to your workplace if the space is clean, private, and suitable for performing a safe collection.

What areas do you serve?

-We serve the Southwest Florida Region and surrounding cities. From Southern Sarasota County through Lee County extending to Naples/Marco Island and Immokalee.
